Our mission is to continually adapt and grow, reaching new audiences and creating top-tier, innovative gaming experiences, including ventures into virtual reality. Red Storm is ready to seize the endless opportunities presented by the next generation of gaming.

Founded in 1996 by novelist Tom Clancy, British Royal Navy Captain Doug Littlejohns, and eighteen developers, we released our first game, Politika, in November 1997. Building on this initial success, we launched the award-winning and best-selling Rainbow Six in 1998, which defined the tactical shooter genre and established our studio as an industry leader.

After being acquired by Ubisoft Entertainment in 2000, we released another groundbreaking title, Ghost Recon, which won numerous Game of the Year awards in 2001. Since then, we have been recognized globally as an integral part of Ubisoft, contributing to franchises such as Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, Far Cry, The Division, Rocksmith, Assassin’s Creed Nexus, and other notable Ubisoft brands. For over a decade, Red Storm has successfully developed games both independently and in collaboration with other Ubisoft studios.
