Job Description 


Red Storm is seeking an experienced design leader, and manager, to oversee the development of AAA single player campaign missions in the action/adventure/stealth genre. 

.In this role you will be responsible for guiding the design direction and development of mission gameplay in order to ensure that the team’s approach to successfully combining mission design, level design, narrative, and game systems results in a very high quality gaming experience for players. 

.You are someone who embraces the goals of contributing to, and executing on, the shared game vision.  You are enthusiastic and selfless in your collaboration both with your team members, and with the other directors on the project.  Additionally, this role includes providing direction, guidance, and feedback to teams in multiple development locations, as well as management duties of the level design and mission scripting teams at Red Storm who will report to you.

Relevant Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the video game industry with relevant experience to this role and game genre
  • Experience in the production of high quality AAA games as a design lead or director.
  • Proven expertise in designing & directing single-player mission gameplay; most preferably in the action/adventure/stealth genres.
  • Experience working in close collaboration with multiple teams to bring an experience together (e.g. mission, levels, narrative etc.)
  • Experience with, and interest in, managing team members careers, annual reviews, conducting 1-on-1s...

  • Be an excellent communicator and excel at building collaborative relationships.
  • Be capable of inspiring and motivating a team.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different departments and team cultures.
  • Ability to manage and lead the employees regardless their experience in the company.


  • College Diploma/University Degree in Game design or equivalent training.
