We are looking to hire a Live Producer that is ready to take on the responsibility for the Live Operations of our next AAA games! If you are up for the challenge, you will work with the Live team to monitor and operate our multiplayer games successfully in all aspects of production.

 

The Live Producer reports to the Senior Producer and is the key driver of live strategy for the project including the development and direction of live features/services, server/infrastructure scaling, analytics and reporting, forecasting, and player experience management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define the game overall live strategy to ensure it is ready at the early stage of the production process and iterate with the Leads and external partners
  • Work with Senior Producer to manage P&L of post-launch from planning through execution
  • Present strategic decisions to Ubisoft leadership at key project milestones along with project core team
  • Lead the evolution of the Live game services, before and after their release
  • Deployment of Live operations, iterations, events and monitoring of the Live game
  • Ensure the Live team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high quality work efficiently on time
  • Track progress, help resolve blocking issues, and prioritize tasks for Live team development
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to track dependencies for feature requests, change requests, and provide solutions to a variety of development issues
  • Work with Analytics team to ensure target metrics are defined and tracked for all games on the service
  • Use these analytics to define operational choices/priorities including updating the post-launch strategy when required, using KPIs and data
  • Ensure the constant availability of the game and services in collaboration with Ubisoft IT/GNS teams
  • Coordinate with project brand teams to maintain a close community including follow-up through data analysis to understand gamers’ concerns and feedback

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience in project management on LIVE AAA game franchises or similar software development projects
  • Experience making critical decisions to drive project strategies and leading their implementation
  • Ability to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles in an agile fashion, balancing out short-term needs and long-term vision
  • Self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – able to work on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
  • Masteries project planning, Jira and presentation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking abilities
  • Willingness to travel abroad to Ubisoft partner studios when required
  • Technical background in Quality Assurance and Network Service is a Plus
